Our client is North America’s largest manufacturer of commercial and residential roofing. Their products also include ductwork, siding, fabrics, and insulated sheathing. Our client partnered with Plantensive for a major technology upgrade from JDA v7.6 to v8.1, including JDA Demand, Collaborate, Enterprise Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and Sequencing. JDA Sequencing, however, was upgraded to version 9.0. Our multi- phased approach included project planning, data preparation, and test instance creation to migrate to the new version.

- Our client originally had a classic version of JDA Sequencing that was not integrated with platform and, at the time of the project, v9.0 had just been released. Upgrading Sequencing became a unique add-on for them and Plantensive was one of the first teams to implement the newest version
- Gained successful Plantensive facilitated user acceptance testing of their updated planning solution and worked closely with the Plantensive SOS Technical Team during final production cut-over and for two weeks beyond go-live to provide subject matter expertise and technical tuning
- More insight into software functionality through workshops with the Plantensive Team to achieve a greater return on their JDA Software investments for years to come
