Dairy Co-op Leverages Plantensive Demand Core Methodology for Rapid Project Execution

Our client is a dairy products co-operative that produces butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, whipped cream and lactose free milk for retail, food-service, industrial and export markets. They selected Plantensive to provide implementation services and for the design and development of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Management software focused on Demand Planning and Fulfillment. Other Blue Yonder Software Modules that were included in the implementation were Collaborate and Platform and Reporting. The implementation used a combination of solution confirmation sessions, capability workshops, technical design sessions, remote configuration and build, training, and function/technical testing to prepare and perform the implementation. By leveraging Plantensive’s Toolkit and driven by our Agile Deployment Methodology (ADM), the project was delivered in a timely manner.
