Eddie Graves is an experienced supply chain professional and our Director of Technical Services with expertise in the design, development, and implementation of supply chain management solutions. He has managed multiple technology and supply chain software implementations, serving as a track lead, technical consultant, and subject matter expert. Additional experience includes conducting supply chain system audits aimed at identifying performance-related issues. Mr. Graves has also defined business and system requirements, conducted software selections, conducted advanced technical training, and performed in every aspect of the system development life cycle. Additional experience includes systems design, integration design, and implementation, reverse engineering and coding.
