Our client sells more than 16 million eyewear frames annually and employs 2,300 people in its manufacturing and distribution operations. They distribute sport eyewear brands to a variety of department stores, serving 86,000 customer accounts globally. Our client selected Plantensive to support a multiphase supply chain transformation and the implementation of JDA Software. They originally selected JDA to improve supply planning to reduce inventory and improve the utilization of DC to DC transfers to consume inventory. Since go-live, they have expanded their use of JDA to improve consensus decision making across supply planning and sales teams. Plantensive also worked with the client to pilot even broader capabilities of JDA to improve demand planning in other global regions.
