Planning as a Service (PaaS) Analyst

A successful PaaS Analyst candidate should be assertive and a team player. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating in a group setting and encouraged to bring new and innovative ideas to help aid our clients in their supply chain journeys. The PaaS Analyst should be comfortable with data analysis and creative problem solving. Other duties and/or responsibilities the candidate will undertake regularly include:

• Gathering and analyzing data
• Interpreting and assessing relevant patterns on gathered data
• Compiling and presenting reports to internal teams and clients
• Learning new software and tools not limited to Blue Yonder, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite
• Helping guide clients towards a best practice supply chain approach to processes

An ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• An undergraduate degree or above
• Willing to relocate or commute to Lancaster, PA office
• High-level understanding of supply chain principles
• Relevant work/internship experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc. are a plus
