Todd McCourtie joins Plantensive to help expand company’s retail planning and category management practices
August 13, 2020 – Reading, PA – Plantensive, a Vaco supply chain and retail planning consulting provider, announces their latest retail expert to join Plantensive, Todd McCourtie. Todd will be leading Plantensive’s retail planning and category management practices.
Mr. McCourtie is an accomplished professional offering more than 25 years of progressive planning, space and category management, and retail operations expertise on a national and international level.
Todd spent 15 years in the Retail Industry with leading grocer and supermarket stores. In addition, Todd served in leadership roles throughout his career such as Category Manager for Grocery, Fresh and Frozen Foods, Store Operations, Divisional HR Director, and Director of IT Merchandising Operation solutions. Todd also played a key role in the enablement and roll-out of regional category management programs, including training, processes, and enablement strategies for many retailers.
Todd began his software and technology career in 2000 when he joined Oracle/Retek as a team leader in the customer modification team. He has held a variety of leadership roles for leading supply chain technology firms providing customers with strategic solution strategies for retail and CPG. He has enabled business processes and organizational efforts to implement enterprise merchandising solutions and strategies, globally including many multi-national retailers and suppliers.
