Our client manufactures, markets, and sells snack foods. With multiple food brands produced under its name, they turned to the experts at Plantensive to lead a project to assess their “As-Is” Supply Chain processes and technology specifically for their European division. At the time of the project, they had also just acquired another business. The result?
