Plantensive Implements Turn-Key JDA Planning Solution for Kauffman Tire

Kauffman Tire Inc. is a rapidly expanding tire retailer and wholesaler with more than 50 retail stores, e-commerce platform, and multiple distribution centers across seven states. With all of these operations dispersed throughout the East Coast, our client was challenged with satisfying customer demand with limited inventory planning capabilities and chose to partner with Plantensive to execute an action plan for this task. Additionally, Plantensive helped them deploy JDA Demand, Fulfillment and Order Optimization via JDA Cloud Services. Their intended goals were to improve supplier relationships while also establishing a more robust supply and demand planning infrastructure. This was achieved through the guidance and recommendations of the Plantensive Team. We were able to help them succeed in strengthening the role of the Demand/Supply Planner and supplier relationships. They also improved their Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Efficiency and Demand Forecasting.
